Cálculo de percursos de maquinação

Os percursos de maquinação 3D dos modelos para os robots industriais, são gerados usando todas as estratégias de maquinação, aplicados aos controladores numéricos tradicionais, tendo em conta a cinemática particular de cada robot especifico

  • Roughing tool paths: parallel, equidistant, high-speed, adaptive roughing, roughing plane, roughing rotary machining, hole machining and many others
  • Finishing tool paths: finishing waterline, plane, scallop (3d constant step over), morph, rotary machining, 5 axis surfacing
  • Contouring tool paths: 2D, 3D & 5D contouring 

All tool paths are generated taking into account the specific robot kinematics. The robot’s additional sixth and other degrees of freedom can be optimized either automatically or manually to extend the reach zone, avoid collisions or improve machining conditions.

Simulação de maquinação

No processo de desenvolvimento do programa de controle, é executada uma simulação de maquinação, o que permite detectar directamente na fase de desenvolvimento do programa, vários tipos de problemas, como por exemplo colisões, mossas, movimentos excedidos nas juntas móveis do robot, áreas singulares quer em passagens de maquinação ou movimentos rápidos de deslocamento. Eixos adicionais
